Hooked is a London-based marketing agency specialising in creating optimised, positive, and memorable HCP and patient experiences for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry that are proven to increase brand uptake and loyalty in challenging competitive environments.
Hooked’s corporate identity and all their omnichannel interactions had to show the delightful experience of their offering instead of just saying it. To that end, we created a character that personified the company’s values as a part of the brand architecture and a logo that was flexible to work with and without the character. The full scope of brand identity had a relatable charm that was threaded through pitch templates, website, and social outreach.
The brand identity was a springboard into Hooked’s advertising campaign, extending the company’s approachable, relatable, and delightful personality. We chose a style that corresponded with the Hooked mascot and used MidJourney as a starting point for the artwork, modifying the final creative to fit into the brand parameters.
Outcome:
The branding has truly charmed clients. Although the company is only about 2 months old, Hooked has generated not only more contacts, but also more face-to-face meetings and actual contracts based on the brand ethos and the relatability of their approach.
